Strategic Communications Professional

I’m a strategic communications professional with 10 years of experience across healthcare, higher education, federal, and corporate organizations. I help teams communicate clearly through thoughtful planning, strong messaging, and storytelling that connects with audiences.

My work includes communication planning, executive messaging, internal communications, digital content, and multimedia storytelling. I work with leaders and cross-functional teams to take complex ideas and turn them into clear, engaging communications that support business goals and keep people aligned.

I have worked with organizations including Rutgers University, RWJBarnabas Health, Independence Blue Cross, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and Singer Equipment Company. Across these roles, I’ve supported everything from large-scale change initiatives to day-to-day communications that keep employees and stakeholders informed and aligned.

I also have a background in graphic design and multimedia production, which shapes how I think about communication across channels and formats.
