I created a new employee recognition program to celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries. The project started with organizing and cleaning employee data to ensure milestones were accurate and easy to manage. From there, I designed the email and digital display templates, updated the content each month, and managed distribution across our company-wide communication channels.
