Employee Referral Bonus Campaign
Campaign strategy, content development, and execution

To help recruit installer positions, I developed and executed an internal communications campaign promoting a limited-time increase to the employee referral bonus from $1,000 to $2,500.

After meeting with company leaders to understand the initiative and campaign goals, I developed the communication strategy, created all written and visual content, and managed the campaign across email, the company intranet, digital displays, the company newsletter, bulletin boards, and an all-company town hall.
