Social media and blog content management, design, and production assistance

While working as the Production Artist for MAD Magazine, the iconic humor and satire publication, I designed spreads featured in four books and five magazine issues, including one-third of all pages in the 2015 signature issue, "MAD'S 20 Dumbest People, Events, and Things." In this role, I collaborated with artists, writers, editors, scanners, printers, and corporate sponsors. I also prepared and vetted every document before print. Moreover, I created and managed graphic content for the official company blog and Facebook page.

A favorite project was restoring a negative photograph of a vintage illustration drawn by artist Kelly Freas. After restoring the photo, I designed a limited-edition print showcasing the artwork, and the print was used as a gift for new subscribers to the magazine. Finally, I created a splashing, vintage-inspired advertisement for the magazine, which would go on to be featured for the next five issues.
