Video direction and promotion

I led the redevelopment of Scarlet Talks, Rutgers University Career Services' alumni advice video series. The project included reimagining the creative direction, refining the production process, developing casting standards, and creating a new promotional strategy to expand the series' reach.

In addition to directing production, I managed a team of two videography interns and implemented a system for tracking video performance and audience engagement. The refreshed series significantly increased visibility, with each video earning between 2,000 and 6,000 views and being featured in Rutgers Today, the university's daily news publication.
